Slack Integration
Review, edit, and approve Google Play replies directly from Slack.
Step 1: Add to Slack
Click the button below to install ReviewBot in your Slack workspace.
Step 2: Connect Your Project

Run the setup command
In any Slack channel, type:
/reviewbot setup - 2
Enter your GitLab details
You'll need:
- • GitLab Project ID — Found in Settings → General
- • GitLab Access Token — Same as your
REVIEWBOT_GITLAB_TOKEN - • Channel — Where notifications should appear

Invite the bot to your channel (Required!)
In your selected channel, run:
/invite @ReviewBotThis is required for BOTH public and private channels. Without this, no messages will appear.
Got multiple apps?
Run /reviewbot setup in a different channel for each app. Each channel connects to one GitLab project.

#app2-reviews → Project B
Most Common Issue
If you don't see messages in your channel, make sure you ran /invite @ReviewBot in that channel.
This is required even for public channels.
